The new dialogue promo of 2 States is out! Starring Arjun Kapoor along with Shiv Kumar Subramaniam, this one is a hilarious video where a Tamil father-in-law helps his Punjabi son-in-law to wear a veshti (lungi). The funny bit is that a cartoon character smeared boxers makes for a hearty laugh.
