After Vidya Balan and Kangana Ranaut walked out of Sujoy Ghosh’s next project based on the story of a single mother, we hear the director may be approaching Katrina Kaif for it. The film is based on the Japanese novel The Devotion Of Suspect X and revolves around the story of a single mother who accidentally kills her ex-husband.

Well, it seems Kat has heard the script and is quite impressed with it. The role will be a challenging one for her and will definitely help her prove her mettle as an actress. Since directory Sujoy Ghosh has the knack of getting the best out of his actors, it seems just like Vidya out shined in Kahaani, this may be Katrina’s big ticket role.
