The teaser of Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film ‘Gabbar Is Back‘ is here and it is smashing. Gabbar may have shot to fame as the villain of Sholay but the new Gabbar will be a villain for the corrupt. The teaser reprises the old Sholay dialogue ‘Yahan se jab 50-50 kos door jab koi bacha rota hai to uski maa kehti hai so ja nahi to gabbar aa jayega. But this time, the war is against the corrupt. Gabbar Is Back which also stars Shruti Haasan and Prakash Raj and is written by AR Murugadoss, is slated to release later this year.

Directed by Krish, the film is slated to release on May 1st, 2015.
