You have to give it to Shah Rukh Khan. Between managing the affairs of his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), getting Akon to sing for his next home production, Ra.1, and promoting a new energy drink brand, SRK must be a very busy man.
Addressing the press on the sidelines of the Akon bash on March 8, the Bollywood star spilled the beans on his role in Ra.1. “My superhero character is called Jeeva and he can solidify electricity. It is a superhero film and I am going to fly in it.”
The actor came clean on KKR’s bad track record. “We haven’t done very well in the past two seasons. But I am sure the team will do better this time. They know their job; mine is to put in the money,” said Shah Rukh while addressing the media at a promotional press conference in Bombay on March 9.
