Manoj Bajpai, who plays the role of a feudal politico in Raajneeti, is all praise for director Prakash Jha. In an exclusive interview to KoiMoi, Manoj said, “Prakash Jha, who is just like an elder brother to me, does not fail to surprise me time and again. On the sets of the film, we would want him with us every night, and no matter how busy he was, he made the time to discuss the scenes.”
On his character, Veerendra Pratap, Manoj says, “He’s like a modern Duryodhana, somebody who is very politically motivated and wants his fair share of power.” The film, which releases on June 4, co-stars Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgan and Arjun Rampal.
