The promos of Yash Raj Films’ Badmaash Company will simultaneously hit the internet and the small screen on March 24. Actor Shahid Kapoor tweeted on March 21, “Ok, people, so officially Badmaash Company promo out on internet and news channels 24th, theatres 26th.”
Scheduled for a May 7 release, Badmaash Company, directed by Parmeet Sethi, is set in the 1990s in middle-class Bombay. The film is about four young friends who get together to start a company. Their business is an instant hit because they find a way to beat the system. The film also stars Anushka Sharma, Meiyang Chang of Indian Idol fame and stand-up comedian Vir Das.
