International Hip-Hop sensation Akon will be in Bombay this week to record a song for Shah Rukh Khan’s superhero film Ra.1. The film, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Anubhav Sinha will go on floors shortly.
Akon’s India visit, a hush-hush affair, will include recording a song with Vishal-Shekhar for Ra.1, as well as planning a concert with another music director in April. A source confirmed the news adding that the film’s shooting will commence shortly in Goa, the recce for which will be done this week.
