Prithviraj – Hindustan Ka Sher Trailer Ft. Akshay Kumar On How’s The Hype? Blockbuster Or Lacklustre?

Helmed by Chandanprakash Dwivedi, Prithviraj starring Akshay Kumar is all set to roar from 3rd June onwards in theatres. With just a couple of weeks remaining, yesterday, the makers unveiled a new trailer titled ‘Hindustan Ka Sher’. It has now made it to Koimoi’s ‘How’s The Hype?’.

It’s the second trailer of the film and is 1 minute and 11 seconds long. This one looks more intense than the first one as it revolves around the battle and glimpses us of the film’s grandeur. Akshay looks in terrific form, especially while delivering a line “Aurat ki aawaz ko dabaye woh Prithviraj nahi”. Have a look at it below and don’t forget to vote:

It was the most exciting news for Akshay Kumar fans when he announced he is trying his hands at the period genre with his next Yash Raj film release Prithviraj. The actor shot for the same amid the pandemic, but the film did face some roadblocks due to the pandemic. After the teaser and trailer, the makers have now released the first song from the movie titled Hari Har. The song has now made it to Koimoi’s exclusive How’s The Hype section. Hari Har, a kind of war cry features almost the entire cast of Prithviraj including Akshay Kumar, Manushi Chillar, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood and others. Composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the song is crooned by Adarsh Shinde and penned by Varun Grover. It takes us through the tension and glory of the palace and the historical figures. Amid much anticipation, the trailer of Prithviraj has finally been unveiled. It was yesterday, the makers released it at a grand event. Backed by YRF, the film stars Akshay Kumar, debutante Manushi Chhillar, Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in key roles. It is now part of Koimoi How’s The Hype?.

The film is based on Prithviraj Raso, a Braj Bhasha epic poem about Prithviraj Chauhan, who was a ruler of the Chauhan (Chahamana) dynasty. The trailer looks grand loaded with powerful BGM and good visual effects. Akshay looks flamboyant as a great warrior with impressive body language. Manushi, Sanjay and Sonu look good in their parts too. The trailer has many goosebumps moments and looks worth a watch on the big screen.

A few days back, the announcement about Akshay Kumar’s Prithviraj came in, regarding a new release date. It came in the form of a new poster. Now, it has made it to Koimoi’s ‘How’s The Hype?’ section.

YRF unveiled a new poster in which Akshay Kumar is removing a sword from the scabbard, with intensity in his eyes. The poster has a theme based on a battle, as fighters riding on horses are seen in the background. It also has a mention of a new release date, and that is 3rd June 2022. Ever since the lockdown has eased, Akshay Kumar has been on a roll. The actor has wrapped numerous projects and is busy announcing some more. After making smashing comeback to theatres with Sooryavanshi, the actor is seen again in yet another project. Yash Raj Films revealed the first teaser of their period drama Prithviraj yesterday. The teaser has now made it to Koimoi’s exclusive How’s The Hype section. Read on and don’t forget to vote.

The teaser that hit shores yesterday is packed with surprises. We meet the lead cast of the film including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood and debutant Former Miss World Manushi Chillar. We are told of the valour of the bravest Samrat India ever witnessed. Directed by directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, Prithviraj is being backed by Aditya Chopra’s YRF. Music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy works like a cherry on the cake.

Prithviraj’s Announcement Teaser On ‘How’s The Hype?’: BLOCKBUSTER Or Lacklustre?

While we thought the plate was full for Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar with projects like Sooryavanshi, Good News (now Good Newwzz), Bachchan Pandey amongst others, he came in treating us with another – YRF’s Prithviraj. The first look, as well as the announcement, came in yesterday, and the buzz has been massive ever since.

Now Prithviraj is making to our exclusive section ‘How’s The Hype?’, where we’ll measure the buzz and the hype that the promos, songs, posters and everything related to the movie garner and predict upon your votes whether it’s a blockbuster or lacklustre in terms of its pre-release buzz.

The announcement which came out yesterday witnessed the title of the movie in traditional Hindi format. Furthermore, the release date being Diwali 2020 was unveiled. What one could notice was the fire sparking creatively in the font, defining the fiery warrior Prithvi Raj Chauhan.

The movie is being directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, who directed the television epic Chanakya. It will release worldwide on Diwali 2020.

National Award-winning actor Akshay Kumar is all set to play Prithviraj Chauhan on screen. He says for him it is an honour to be essaying the role of one of the most “fearless and courageous kings of India”.

“It is truly an honour that I will be playing the role of one of the most fearless and courageous kings of India, Prithviraj Chauhan. As a nation, we should always celebrate our heroes and immortalize what they did to propagate the values that Indians lived by,” said Akshay, who turned 52 on Monday.

“‘Prithviraj’ is our attempt to bring to light his valour and daredevilry. Prithviraj was the only person standing in front of a merciless nemesis and the bravery he showed, made him a true Indian hero, an inspiration for generations and a legend. So this announcement coming on my birthday has indeed made it more special for me,” Akshay shared.
