Did you know that there is a joke around Benedict Cumberbatch being a part of the Avengers: Endgame press tour? If one remembers, the team had gone to several countries owing to the massive hype. Joe Russo even made it to India and swooned the crowd with his statement on superstar Salman Khan and Dabangg.
Now, getting back to our topic, gossip mill has it that the Sherlock star was paired with Tom Holland for a specific reason. Tom Holland aka Spider-Man is widely known for spilling spoilers out. He has done it during Captain America: Civil War as well as Spider-Man: Homecoming. So Marvel decided to pair him with the intelligent Benedict who with his knowledge would ensure Tom doesn’t do any of it during Avengers: Endgame tour.
