WHAT? Rajesh Kumar AKA Roshesh Of Sarabhai VS Sarabhai Fame Says His Son Is Not A Fan Of The Show

Fans cannot contain their excitement ever since news of the sitcoms Sarabhai VS Sarabhai and Khichdi returning to the small screen have been making rounds. While every character from these sitcoms was a huge success, Rajesh Kumar aka Roshesh Sarabhai was unquestionably everyone’s favorite.

But it looks like Rajesh’s son was not really a fan of the sitcom that made his father an overnight sensation. Making a rather shocking confession, Rajesh said that it took him a good 11 years to convince his son that Sarabhai VS Sarabhai was indeed a good show.

Opening up about his efforts on making his son believe that Sarabhai is a good show, Rajesh said, “It took me 11 years to convince my son that Sarabhai vs Sarabhai is a good show. I am happy to be a part of a show like this. And now he is watching it back to back, and has even finished 22 episodes.”

Further opening up about being part of a show that remains relevant even after almost 2 decades, Rajesh has been quoted by Etimes saying, “There are times when you do a few projects and they stay with you for lifetime. This is a kind of a project that can be watched by generations. When you are shooting you don’t realise it, but with the kind of craze Sarabhai vs Sarabhai has I know, that it can be watched by all generations.”

Revolving around the Sarabhai family, the JD Majethia backed show features an impressive ensemble cast with veteran actors like Ratna Pathak Shah, Satish Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, Rajesh Kumar, Deven Bhojani and Rupali Ganguly among others.
