WHAT! Jasmin Bhasin Out Of Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 4?

Ekta Kapoor announced Naagin 4 with a lot of hue and cry. Fan’s were over joyed to see the sassy Nia Sharma and the bubbly Jasmin Bhasin become the shape shifting Naagins. While a visibly excited Jasmin Bhasin had revealed that she is more than excited to finally be a part of a supernatural show, looks like her happiness will be short lived.

If the industry rumour mill is anything to go by, it is being said that Jasmin’s track in the daily soap will soon come to an end, and the actress will not be returning to the show again! Yes, you read that guys! A certain source has been quoted by Hindustan Times saying that while the makers told Jasmin to wait for a bit and see if her character is bought back or not, the former Khatron Ke Khiladi contestant decided to quit the show for ever.

The source reveals, “Jasmin and Nia Sharma were the two leads of the show and now, apparently, Jasmin has parted ways with the production house, albeit on an amicable note. In the last couple of episodes, her character was killed and on Wednesday, she had a closed-door meeting with the creative and production team. She was informed of a new development by the production house — that they were making some changes at the script level. And that it meant no revival of her character on the show, as of now. After being informed that there was no such plan right now, she decided to amicably leave instead of waiting around.”

While the earlier seasons of the show were a huge hit, this season had a relatively slow start. And there are whispers in the industry circuit, that in attempt to get back in the TRP race the makers have decided to do away with some existing characters and bring new ones, including that of Anita Hassanandani in the show.

Meanwhile for the unversed, Jasmin has played the lead in shows like Tashan-E-Ishq, Dil Se Dil Tak and Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji.
