Unlike Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Daya, Disha Vakani Doesn’t Easily Gel With People

Thanks to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s popularity, Disha Vakani became a household name as Daya Gada. Even though she’s not been part of the show for a long time now, she still has her loyal fan base intact.

Only God knows if the actress is returning to the sitcom or not but for her fans, we have some interesting titbit to feed on. We all know, Disha’s on-screen character, Daya, is friendly with everyone and doesn’t find it hard to make new friends. In real life, Disha is exactly opposite to her much-loved portrayal.

Meanwhile, recently one picture of Disha Vakani went viral. It featured her from Gokuldham society. It sparked false reports of her comeback on the show. The concerned picture was a selfie with Champaklal Gada (Amit Bhatt) and Mrs. Haathi (Ambika Ranjankar). Initially shared by a fan account, within moments, the photo went viral and fans speculated if the actress was back in the Ganesha special episode. However, later it was discovered that the picture was an old one.
