It was during last weekend, when Ekta Kapoor broke hearts with the announcement of Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi not being a part of AltBalaji’s Broken But Beautiful any further. Ever since, names like Jennifer Winget, Erica Fernandez, Divyanka Tripathi, Arjun Bijlani, Parth Samthaan amongst others have been doing the rounds. Now, it is being said that Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill have been approached. Below’s the scoop you need!
For the unversed, Broken But Beautiful witnessed its own massive fan base with Vikrant Massey and Harleen’s romantic and charming pair. While fans were excited to see what new turn their relationship takes with the upcoming season, Ekta Kapoor revealed that she doesn’t want to necessarily drag the characters and will witness the third instalment with another pair.

Recent reports state that Bigg Boss 13 lovebirds Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill may be seen stepping into the former duo’s shoes. Although for the longest time after Ekta’s announcement, Sidharth Shukla and Jennifer Winget’s name trended with fans wanting to witness them unite on the big screen, it is not being said that the content czarina may just use #Sidnaaz craze to her benefit.

While other contenders in the race remain Vivek Dahiya-Divyanka Tripathi, Parth Samthaan-Erica Fernandez and Arjun Bijlani-Sanaya Irani, only time will tell who really is in the makers’ radar.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, Ekta took to her Twitter handle and made the big announcement that read, “The time has come to break this heartbreaking news! While we have commissioned the next season of #brokenbutbeautiful it won’t have Veer and Sameera. Their story ends here without unnecessary twists. But here’s the Question! WHICH PAIR WOULD YOU WANT IN THE THIRD INSTALMENT?”
Her close friend, Vikas Gupta took the comment section and hinted to the fact he knows who’ll be a part of the upcoming season of Broken But Beautiful.
