Shweta Tiwari’s Husband Abhinav Kohli Granted Bail In Domestic Violence & Molestation Case!

Shweta Tiwari’s husband Abhinav Kohli was arrested by the police on August 11 when the actress filed a domestic violence and molestation complaint against him. In her complaint to Samta Nagar Police station, Kandivali, the actress mentioned that Abhinav has been allegedly molesting her daughter Palak Tiwari from October 2017.

As reported by Times of India, today, Abhinav Kohli was granted bail. He was taken at a court in Borivali and was asked to pay a fine of Rs 15,000 and released. He was charged under Sections 509, 354 (a), 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and 67-A of the IT Act.

In her complaint, Shweta Tiwari stated that Abhinav used to take advantage of her absence and used to sexually harass her daughter. Yesterday, Palak Tiwari took to her Instagram page and opened up about everything that happened.

Shweta Tiwari’s ex-husband and Palak’s father Raja Chaudhary also reacted to the news. Raja said he is disturbed to know what happened with his daughter and also spoke to her after the news came out.
