Devoleena Bhattacharjee has been long known for her portrayal as ‘Gopi bahu’ in Saath Nibhana Saathiya. But as Salman Khan said, our bahu turned ‘babe’ with her stint in Bigg Boss 13. The actress undoubtedly came out as a headstrong contestant but often faced hatred from enemy Shehnaaz Gill’s fans. This time, she has received a death threat, and shockingly it has to do with BFF Rashami Desai.

Recently, rumours have been rife that Rashami’s ex-boyfriend, Arhaan Khan, had withdrawn 15 lakhs from her account while she was in Bigg Boss 13 house, and is now threatening her. Further fuelling the rumours, is the Dil Se Dil Tak actress’ recent tweet that says ‘Truth Will Prevail’. Amidst it all, as Devoleena Bhattacharjee came forward to support her friend, she was instead slapped with a death threat.

The actress took to her Twitter and shared a direct message from a user named Saheeba Aman who threatened the actress for insulting Arhaan Khan. “Aap baar baar Arhaan ki insult kar rahi hai aur jiske liye aap ye sab kar rahi hai… ek baat yaad rakhna na aapki aur undono ki laash bhi kisi aur ko nahi milegi, mai Rashmi aur Sidharth Shukla ki baat kar rahi hu. Aaj ke baad apna mu band rakhe”

(You are again and again insulting Arhaan Khan, and I know the person you’re doing it for.. remember one thing, neither your nor their body will be found by anybody. I’m talking about Rashami and Sidharth Shukla. Keep your mouth shut now onwards)

Another message by the user read, “Aainda agar aapne Arhaan ke khilaf baat toh aapki aakhri din hoga”

(If you ever again spoke against Arhaan, that will be your last day)

Devoleena Bhattacharjee has now tagged Mumbai Police and asked the official body to take action against the user. “To @MumbaiPolice @MahaCyber1 please look into this message where i am getting killing threats from this lady.Urge you to take action against it asap,” she captioned the post.
