Nach Baliye 9: Shrenu Parikh Slaps Rahul Mahajan, Shraddha Arya Quits A Day After Anita Hassanandani War!

The promos are out, a grand premiere is on the cards, the contestants have started prepping – there’s too much that this dance reality show, Nach Baliye 9, backed by Salman Khan is in the news for! It was just yesterday when reports about the cold war between highest paid contestant Anita Hassanandani & fellow mate Shraddha Arya were doing the rounds, and today the latter is stepping down plus Shrenu Parikh has slapped Rahul Mahajan. Below’s all the gossip you need.

It all happened in a funny way when Rahul & Shrenu were preparing for their grand premiere act, and it required Shrenu to slap the former. Quite hesistant initially, she finally did it and it turned into quite a funny moment. “It was a fun experience, too much fun with the act, the performance and the rehearsals. It was such a painful thing to do. He kept saying chalega, tu slap kar koi problem nahi. And to be honest, last shot mein I kinda slapped him hard. But he’s a great sport. It’s exciting there will be lots of twists and turns and it’ll be great to watch this year’s Nach,” Shrenu revealed in a conversation with the Times Of India.

Meanwhile, rumours are rife that Shraddha is suddenly suffering from a back issue, which goes back to the time when she was shooting for Khatra Khatra Khatra and only has made it worse when she fell on her back while rehearsing for Nach Baliye. While there are physiotherapy sessions helping her, if situation gets worse, the actress might back out from the show.

Just yesterday, news regarding a cold war between Anita & Shraddha was storming the internet. The reason behind the tiff was about who withdraws the grandest pay cheque for the show and Shraddha is not so happy with the decision of the makers. She also wanted a similar paycheque as Anita. In fact, she feels that she deserves the amount more than Anita as she is entering the show with her ex whereas Anita would be entering with her husband.

Nach Baliye Season 9 will premiere on July 19.
