Nach Baliye started gathering news from the year of 2005 when it featured real-life couples. It was always a delight to watch the couples dance with their sexy baliyes. Yesterday Season 9’s episode went on air and the couple who caught our attention was Shantanu Maheshwari – Nityaami Shirke. Shantanu made a revelation in which he confirmed that he is dating Nityaami Shirke.
His Instagram post gave us a snap of his relationship status and of his presence in the show. Shantanu wrote, “I’m a private person and I like to keep things like that but now that I’m doing #nachbaliye, my relationship is out in the open… So confirming that YES I’m dating @nityaami.shirke and we are in this ‘like’ phase of our relationship. We both never thought we would end up dating each other when we first met as my ek tarfa pyaar was still prevailing in my heart… and we hail from very different backgrounds, but somehow we connected…. Nach Baliye was not something that was in picture but we both thought of exploring our relationship via this…good bad ugly – we dont know what will be the course of our journey…Yes, I know it’s a big decision, don’t know what to expect and how things will go… but hopefully we continue to enjoy and explore our relationship. Let’s see where it takes us.”

Nityaami also took to Instagram to show us a boomerang video with boyfriend Shantanu. She wrote a heart-touching note which read, “All the way from our show together, to where we are right now, I don’t think either of us expected what would happen. Jab I first met Shantanu on set, I never thought we’d get as close as we did and bond like we did, especially considering we were otherwise different personalities and came from such different worlds. I think what connected us was that we are both easy going and we could start a conversation about anything really. Also, the fact that we’re both private, family people.”
