Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin series sure is a massive hit amongst the fans. It has become one of the most popular supernatural shows of India. Well, the fact that we are soon going to witness the fifth instalment of the Naagin series, is proof enough of how loved this show is.
With every new season comes a question as to who will play the lead this time around? As for Naagin 5, the stunning Hina Khan has stepped into the shoes of the latest shape-shifting serpent to wow fans. The internet and television, at present, is buzzing with first glimpses of the same and has got fans excited as hell.
Everyone just had one doubt, that when will the show start airing? Ekta Kapoor has answered all those questions with the latest Naagin 5 teaser. The Hina Khan starrer will go on air from August 9, that is, the coming Sunday. Have a look at the promo below:

This is the first time that Hina Khan’s full look has been disclosed. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress looks magical in a golden corset blouse that she paired with a maroon skirt. The heavy jewellery, makeup, and curled tresses only added to Hina’s look as a sultry Naagin. Fans have full faith on the former Bigg Boss contestant that she will do complete justice to the show.
Hina Khan will be portraying the character of Sarvashresth Naagin. Naagin 5 also stars Mohit Malhotra and Dheeraj Dhoopar. As per reports in Mumbai Mirror, talking about his role, Dheeraj said, “Naagin has emerged as a big brand, and I didn’t think twice before giving my nod. I am a fan of the hot Naagin ladies.”
The Kundali Bhagya star added, “My favourite part of the show is watching them dance. It’s going to be challenging because I have only played normal, human characters till now. Also, for a VFX-heavy show like Naagin, you have to pretend act with props, which are later enhanced or replaced on the edit table, so that will be new.”
