The Tanu Weds Manu Actress was roped in as the host for Ekta Kapoor’s debut reality show, Lock Upp. The show streamed live on Alt Balaji twenty-four seven, with standup comedian Munawar Faruqui emerging as the winner.

Ekta Kapoor was seen leaving the Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain’s Holi Party and was asked by the paparazzi about the updates on Lock Upp 2.

That’s when she confirmed that Lock Upp will return for a season 2 in 6 months. The other big question on the minds of the paps and the people was whether Kangana Ranaut would host the show even after her official entry into politics. Ekta replied, “I Hope she gets the chance to host the next season of Lock Upp.”
