When The Kapil Sharma Show initially started, it witnessed a union of the best comedians starting from the host Kapil Sharma to ‘Dr. Gulati’ Sunil Grover and ‘Palak’ Kiku Sharda, and how can we forget Sumona Chakravarti who was often mocked for her lips! Unfortunately owing to an ugly spat, Sunil left the show and things were never the same!

Now addressing it all, Kiku has come out in the open and spoken about it all in length. In a conversation with Times Of India, when asked about whether he missed Sunil on the show, he answered, “Oh, I really miss Grover yaar. Sunil and I have known each other for long even before we started working together on Comedy Nights With Kapil or TKSS and our bonding and chemistry reflected on-screen when we worked together.”

Further adding, “We have partied a lot together. We bonded really well even during the Live shows and he is such a happy person to be with. I have really enjoyed hanging out with him. On the show, yes, definitely I miss him, but then it is not in my hand. Things like this happen in life, but the show must go on. And now even he is busy with his work and I am caught up with mine, we hardly get time to meet each other. But there’s no love lost as we stay in contact through messages.”

All we can hope is to see the reunion all over again, because that indeed was the best of all!

Meanwhile, Sunil has been enjoying his time in Bollywood. He was last seen in Salman Khan’s Bharat where he played the role of the lead’s friend and received praises for his work!
