When you hear about the show Kaun Banega Crorepati, the first thing comes to your mind is Amitabh Bachchan but oh! that tune. Music Directors Ajay-Atul are getting on-board for this special reason. The signature tune of the show has made a special place in our ears but it’s getting some tweaks.

Now, it’s to be seen how major this tweaking will be. The crux of the tune will remain the same; Ajay-Atul are known for their traditionalistic approach and they can bring in the flutes for sure.

“It’s an honour for us to be associated with an iconic show as ”Kaun Banega Crorepati”. When we were approached for the KBC tune, the question for us was not what we can do with it, but how much leap could we take with a melody that has already been etched in the minds of millions,” the duo said.

“However, we are happy with the new flavour we have managed to infuse. It has an orchestral symphony that makes the original melody sound more epic and magnificent. We hope this composition strikes a chord with the audience, just like the original one,” added the composers, known for their contribution to films such as “Dhadak“, “Brothers” and “Singham“.

Kaun Banega Crorepati is based on the British programme “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” Big B has hosted 10 seasons of the popular show while season three was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan. The 11th season of KBC is set to air soon.
