Charu Asopa On Rajeev Sen Moving Out Of Their Marital Home: “Shaq Ka Koi Ilaaj Nahi Hai”

Charu Asopa, of Mere Angne Mein and Jiji Maa fame, tied the knot to Rajeev Sen — Sushmita Sen’s younger brother — last June. But trouble has been brewing in their paradise for some time now.

Rumours are gaining ground that Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen’s marriage has hit a rough patch. Charu dropped Rajeev Sen’s surname on social media. The two have also deleted all their pictures together from there. Recently, Charu opened up and said that Rajeev moved out of their home in Mumbai and shifted to Delhi days before their first wedding anniversary.

Yesterday, Rajeev Sen revealed that he feels someone close to his wife has been brainwashing her. Charu Asopa has reacted to his comment now. In an interview with the Times Of India, she said, “No one is brainwashing me. I am mature enough to make my own decisions — something that I have always done. Main hamesha se apne decisions khud leti aayi hoon. Maybe, he was brainwashed into deleting our pictures from his social media handles.”

Charu Asopa continued by saying Rajeev shouldn’t have left her alone if he felt ‘I am innocent and get easily influenced.’ The Mere Angne Mein said, “If he thinks that I am innocent and gullible, and could be influenced by those around me, why did he leave me to live on my own during these tough times? This is the time for families to come together and be by each other’s side. But, Rajeev moved out and flew to Delhi a few days before our first wedding anniversary. It’s been two months now. Why would he do that? Shaq ka koi ilaaj nahi hai (There is no cure for doubt). What led to this and the issues in our relationship… there is a lot that I can talk about, but I don’t want my personal life to become a public spectacle. I don’t want it to become a part of anyone’s gossip session.”
