Now that the show is all set to launch very soon, social media is going berserk and there are a lot of discussions happening about the ex winners, Dipika Kakar and Shilpa Shinde.
Bigg Boss 12 was won by Dipika Kakar but that season didn’t manage to entertain the audience as compared to the season of Shilpa Shinde did. The promotions of Bigg Boss 13 have started and the official handle of Colors TV tweeted about comparing Dipika and Shilpa. The tweet read, “All you #BiggBoss fans, here’s a tricky question for you! Post this, Shilpa, who is off social media for quite sometime now, has commented on the comparison. In an interview with IWMBuzz, Shilpa said, “Well, good question, but even if she does win, it is OK, for she copied me during her stay, and as they say, imitation is the best form of flattery.”
She further also spoke about why the 13th season was not a successful affair. “There were several reasons. Firstly, the success of our avatar had really raised the bar; and things do tend to go awry when too many expectations are stacked against you. Also, I think the contestants (Karanvir Bohra and Srishty Rode) themselves were too scared of their public image to really let go, which the format requires.”
