Salman Khan led Bigg Boss 13 house is making numerous headline with each passing day. The biggest news right now is that filmmaker Farah Khan might replace Salman to be the anchor of the show as the superstar has to run to finish his film commitments like Dabangg 3 and Radhe: India’s Most Wanted, and the latter will be entering the show post Salman’s birthday. Farah will be stepping into Salman shoes and will be helming the controversial Bigg Boss 13 house from January. If reports in mid-day are to be believed, the makers have planned to celebrate Salman’s 54th birthday on December 27 in the house, post which the superstar will bid a goodbye, and kicking in will be Farah.

The reason is said to be that the show which was due in January was extended by five weeks due to soaring TRP. Salman on the other hand had made prior commitments and wasn’t available till mid February. This made the makers to search for a replacement.

For the unversed, this is not the first time Farah will be replacing Salman to host Bigg Boss. Last time when Salman had to begin shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan in 2015, Farah had run for his rescue.

Earlier according to the reports in IANS, the makers have agreed to pay Salman extra Rs 2 crores for each extra episode. A source had said, “Salman had made it very clear that he didn’t want to extend his stint on ‘Bigg Boss’ owing to other film commitments such as the post-production of ‘Dabangg 3‘, and the shoot of ‘Radhe‘. However Colors lured him to stay on by adding the zeroes on his paycheque.”

Revealing that Salman gets a pay hike every year the source had added, “Salman had made it very clear that he didn’t want to extend his stint on ‘Bigg Boss’ owing to other film commitments such as the post-production of ‘Dabangg 3‘, and the shoot of ‘Radhe‘.
