“If an ant dies, a Muslim is responsible, if an elephant dies, a Muslim is responsible. If there is an earthquake in Delhi, a Muslim is responsible. A Muslim is responsible for any incident. But have you ever thought who is responsible for this conspiracy?,” the actor allegedly said in his live video on Facebook.

“This was also pre-planned by BJP to defame Muslims and in turn defame Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray. BJP is trying to snatch Maharashtra from Uddhav Thackeray by playing communal politics,” Khan added about the recent unrest in Bandra.

This is not the first time the police have taken action against Ajaz, who shot to fame participating in “Bigg Boss 7”. Last July, he was arrested by Mumbai Cyber Police for posting objectionable videos promoting communal hatred.

A Mumbai Police spokesperson had said that the Cyber Police had received complaints along with some videos which had gone viral on social media.

“It was found that Ajaz Khan has created/uploaded these videos with objectionable content mainly promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, etc. and create hatred among public at large,” said the police.

He had been charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code and IT Act Sec. 67 which can attract a jail term of five years and/or fine of Rs 5,00,000.
