WHAT! Srinidhi Shetty Left As Many As 7 Films For KGF: Chapter 2

KGF Chapter 1 enjoyed tremendous success in its theatrical run back in 2018. Featuring Yash, Srinidhi Shetty and others in lead, the film pleased both the critics as well as the audience. Expectedly, the stakes are really high for KGF Chapter 2.

It’s not a secret that how Yash gained huge popularity in the mass centres all across the country. Not just him, but even actress Srinidhi became a known face. The 27-year-old actress witnessed an overwhelming demand amongst the filmmakers. She once revealed that she was floored with as many as seven film offers, but had to leave them due to very important reason.

It was during a talk with Times Of India last year, where Srinidhi Shetty surprised everyone by revealing about the film offers. She had said, “After the thunderous reception for the first part of KGF, the makers wanted to start the second chapter early than actually planned. Several filmmakers approached me to be a part of their projects which would require dates during the months of June and October. So, I had to drop them with no option left”.

“I would have dropped at least three films in Kannada, two in Tamil and Two in Telugu. I promised them to accept other films only after October, ” Srinidhi Shetty added.

Meanwhile, it was on the auspicious occasion of Sanjay Dutt’s birthday, the makers revealed his look as Adheera. Dutt’s character will be an antagonist who will go one on one with Yash’ Rocky in KGF Chapter 2.
