South star Vijay, who was last seen on big screens in Filmmaker A.R Murgadoss’ Sarkar, has been in talks all over from past few days following his upcoming release, ‘Bigil‘. The superstar has been receiving all praises and applauds from his fans and the cast and crew of Bigil, as Vijay after wrapping up his portions in the film gifted the team members gold rings with the film’s name imprinted on it. The news, following his kind gesture, spread like wildfire on social media, and fans from all over were in awe for him.
The latest news related to ‘Villu‘ actor is, Thalapathy 64 is slated to go on floors this October. The film will be helmed by filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Though it is not confirmed yet, according to various reports Kiara Advani has been approached by the makers for the lead role opposite Vijay. Before Kiara, there has been news that Rashmika Madanna being approached for the project. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made by the makers.

As per reports, the ‘Pokkiri’ actor is busy with the dubbing of ‘Bigil and is believed to wrap the dubbing sessions by September start.
About ‘Bigil’, the film will have Vijay in dual roles, as he will be seen playing a local goon and coach of women’s football team. The film is based on backdrop of North Chennai.
The Vijay starrer will have Nayanthara in lead, along with Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff in a major role.

Bigil, is been directed by Atlee Kumar, and it is slated for release on 27th October this year.
