Valimai: When Thala Ajith Took 650 KM Bike Ride From Hyderabad To Chennai Cancelling His Flight Ticket

Kollywood superstar Thala Ajith has been trending all over Twitter for his birthday which is less than 10 days away. The versatile actor who was last seen on big screen in H.Vinoth’s courtroom drama Nerkonda Paarvai has also been in news from a past number of months for his much-anticipated release, Valimai.

Talking about Valimai, Thala Ajith in the action drama will be donning the role of a cop and performing some high octane action bike chase sequences. It is by now well known among Thala fans that how big fan he is of bikes and cars.

As per a report from Indiaglitz.com, a couple of months back before lockdown, after wrapping up Valimai’s Hyderabad schedule, while the rest of the cast and crew members took a flight to return to Chennai. Thala Ajith opted to cancel his flight ticket and took the specially designed bike used for the shoot of chase sequences in the film, to return home in Chennai.

As per the same report, Thala Ajith rode the 650 KM stretch by taking breaks only to fill petrol and to have food.

Valimai has Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi opposite Thala Ajith in lead.

The action drama is been helmed by H.Vinoth and it is been bankrolled by Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor.

The film which was initially planned to release on the auspicious occasion of Diwali this year may be postponed as due lockdown the shooting schedule of the film has gone kaput.
