Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar AKA Thala Ajith is on a signing spree. The dashing actor who has already delivered two successful films this year with Siruthai Siva’s directorial Viswasam followed by H. Vinoth’s Nerkonda Paarvai is all set to kick start his next which has been titled Valimai aka Thala 60.

It was yesterday when the film’s Muhurat took place in Chennai and the film’s title too was unveiled at the auspicious event. As the makers have titled the film as Valimai.

Following the event, Boney Kapoor’s production house Bay View Project LLP and the film’s director H. Vinoth took on Twitter to share images from the Muhurat.

Soon after, fans too took on social media to express their excitement. As they shared the pictures of the film’s muhurat event along with fanmade posters.

Valimai will have Ajith in a complete new get up as the superstar won’t be sporting his trademark salt aaand pepper look, insteads he will be seen sporting black hairdo with a moustache. The actor will be seen playing a tough cop in the action drama venture.

It will be for the third time where the actor-director-producer trio of Ajith Kumar, H.Vinot and Boney Kapoor will team up for a film project post-Nerkonda Paarvai.

The leading lady and rest of the cast of the film are yet to be finalized. Though there are reports about the makers approaching Nayanthara for a lead role opposite Ajith though nothing yet has been confirmed by the makers.

The film is slated to go on floors by November end.
