Ever since Samantha removed ‘Akkineni’ (her in-law’s surname) from Instagram, the reports of her divorce have been fuelled in the media. Even though the actress and her husband-actor Naga Chaitanya haven’t directly spoken on the matter, there are plenty of hints stating all isn’t well between them.
Married in 2017, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya were considered one of the most happening couples in the South film industry. However, amid all such separation reports, the reputation of both has been maligned to an extent. However, some latest reports about the two is something positive for their fans needed.

As per the latest reports flowing in, it’s learnt that the couple is considering reconciliation. And for that, Naga and Sam are planning a baby. A report in Great Andhra further adds that the actress is avoiding any new project and even stopped listening to new scripts.

Meanwhile, if we talk about the differences between the actor couple, it’s learnt that Samantha’s in-laws and Naga aren’t happy with Sam’s skin show in photoshoots and films. One of the major reasons is also said to be Sam’s bold scene in The Family Man 2.

A few days back, Naga Chaitanya addressed negative news in the media but avoided addressing the divorce rumours directly. “Initially, yes, it was a little painful. I was like ‘why is entertainment heading this way?’ But after that, what I’ve learned is that in today’s age, news replaces news. Today there’s one news, tomorrow there’s another news, today’s news is forgotten,” he said while talking to Film Companion.
He termed such reports as cooked-up stories and said it hardly affects him now. “The actual news, the news that matters, will stay. But the superficial news, the news that is used to create TRPs, is forgotten. Once I made this observation, it stopped affecting me,” he added.
