RRR: Ram Charan Confirms No Change In The Release Date Of His Period Action Drama

Tollywood heartthrob Ram Charan who has been busy from the past many months with the shoot of filmmaker S S Rajamouli’s RRR, was present yesterday at the inauguration of a store in Vijayawada. The dashing actor there during media interaction spoke about the much-awaited RRR.

Late last year there were multiple reports stating a change in the release date of the film’s release. Speaking about the same, though the Telugu superstar didn’t reveal much about his character or the film, he confirmed that the period action drama will release on its original release date i.e on 30th July 2020 and there is no change to it.

Team RRR is busy these days wrapping up the final portions of the film.

RRR is a fictional story set in 1920s pre-independent era and it will be based on the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries — Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Sitharama Raju, while Jr. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem.

RRR is being helmed by SS Rajamouli and will release worldwide on July 30, 2020, in 10 Indian languages. Presented by D. Parvathy, the film is produced under the DVV Entertainments banner by DVV Danayya.
