Megastar Rajinikanth starrer Darbar happens to be in news all over for all the right reasons. The teaser of the action drama which was revealed last week has been well appreciated by the audience. The 41-second teaser has struck the right chord with the cine-goers and now the movie lovers can’t wait for the trailer to release.
Reportedly, Rajinikanth’s Darbar won’t be the only release this coming January on the auspicious occasion of Pongal. There has been news doing rounds that giving the megastar a company at the box office will be none other than his son-in-law Dhanush with his action film Pattas.

Talking about Dhanush, the multiple-time National award-winning star who recently wrapped up Karthik Subbaraj’s gangster thriller in the UK, will soon resume the shoot of Pattas which is being helmed by R.S Durai Senthilkumar.

In Pattas the versatile actor will be seen in a dual role of father and son. The film has actress Sneha and Mehreen Pirzadaa as the film’s leading ladies.
The shooting of Pattas is almost done, except for the climax portions. The shoot for the same is expected to resume this month and to wrap up by mid-December.
Talking about the Rajinikanth starrer, the film has actress Nayanthara opposite Rajinikanth in lead. The action thriller also stars Nivetha Thomas, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Dalip Tahil, Yogi Babu along with others.
Darbar is been helmed by AR Murugadoss and it is bene produced by Allirajah Subaskaran under Lyca Productions.

The music for the film is been composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
