Fan wars down south are not something new, every other day we get to hear fans of superstars engaging in heated banter online. But now it seems that things have gone too far. Shocking news about a Rajinikanth fan allegedly killing Thalapathy Vijay fan has come in the light leaving cine-goers in state of shock.
Thalapathy Vijay fan M Yuvaraj and his friend Dinesh Babu, a Rajinikanth fan, got into a heated argument while discussing which superstar among the two has contributed more to the Coronavirus relief fund.

As per a report from indiaglitz.com, both M Yuvaraj and Dinesh Babu were under the influence of alcohol, following which the discussion took an ugly turn. The discussion which started as a casual talk turned violent when Dinesh Babu pushed M Yuvaraj following which the latter fell hitting his head on a hard object and losing his life.

Police have arrested Dinesh Babu and a detailed investigation about the same in the process.
For those unversed, it was early this week when Thalapathy Vijay contributed a sum of 1.30 crores for Coronavirus relief fund. The Master actor has donated 25 lakhs to PM Relief fund, 50 Lakhs towards Tamil Nadu CM relief fund, 10 lakhs to Kerala CM relief fund, 25 lakh to the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI), 5 lakhs each to Karnataka, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana CM relief funds.

Meanwhile, Rajinikanth donated 50 lakhs to the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI), and also has been lending a helping hand by donating groceries to Nadigar Sangam union members.
