Kollywood superstar Dhanush has had an amazing 2019. The multiple-time National award-winning star delivered one of the biggest blockbusters in Kollywood with Asuran, which garnered a whopping hundred 100 plus crores at the box office.

The actor recently wrapped up his next which has been tentatively titled #D40. Following which he took to Twitter, the actor’s tweet read: “That’s a wrap for D40. One of the quickest films I have done. It was a pleasure to work with such a quirky , sensible and visionary filmmaker like @karthiksubbaraj this one is going
to be special.”

Talking about the brand new look, the actor is sporting handlebar moustache for #D40 which is been helmed by Karthik Subbaraj, and is bankrolled by S.Sashikanth under Y Not Studios production house.

#D40 is a gangster thriller which has Mollywood actress Aishwarya Lekshmi in lead opposite Maari actor.

The film also has veteran Hollywood actor James Cosmo of Games Of Thrones fame in a pivotal role.

D40 will have songs composed by music composer Santosh Narayanan.
