Ever since Kiccha Sudeep informed his fans that he has resumed shooting for his next film, fans are eagerly waiting to see him on screen. Phantom is one of the highly-anticipated films of the year. Sudeep had earlier shared a glimpse of his upcoming film and now his first look from the film is out.
As per reports, Kiccha Sudeep will be playing the role of Vikranth Rona in the film. Needless to say, the first look of the film looks quite impressive.
Anup Bhandari shared the first look on Twitter and included a brief introduction to Vikranth Rona. Anup Bhandari wrote, “Here’s a little introduction to #VikranthRona’s character! As seen in the poster of the film, Sudeep is seating on a throne with a revolver in his hand. The entire poster is oozing with a dark and intriguing setup. In the poster, Sudeep sports a unique avatar featuring a flat golf cap and checked shirt, denim and heavy boots.

Earlier, Kiccha Sudeep shared a video glimpse from the sets of Phantom on his Twitter handle. He also wrote a heartfelt note since he couldn’t contain his excitement as he resumed the shoot. He wrote, “Putting on makeup today was an awesome feel. Felt I was in an elaborated holiday away frm my passion. A passion called cinema. So here i am….. being,,,,,,, VIKRANTH RONA ,,,again. #PhantomBegins.”
In the video, Sudeep is seen with a man and a little girl as they travel by boat. As they emerge from the shadow, we can see a flaming torch flickering to life and along with that the characters.
The highly-anticipated film Phantom is being helmed by Anup Bhandari and filming began at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad on July 16. Reportedly, the first phase of the shooting was covered in March. Manjunath Gowda under the banner Shalini Arts is producing the film.
