Tollywood actress Samatha Akkineni has had an amazing 2019. The young actress with the likes of Super Deluxe, Majili and Oh! Baby delivered three hits in a row last year. The south diva without a doubt is looking forward to kickstart 2020 on the same note with her first release of the year, Jaanu.

Post garnering overwhelming responses for the film’s teaser of Jaanu and for the first two songs Pranam and Oohale, the makers will be unveiling the much-awaited trailer of the film this evening.

Samantha took to her Twitter account to share an update related to the trailer, as she tweeted: “#Jaanu .. will always be very special trailer releasing tomorrow”‘

Talking about the film, Jaanu is a Telugu remake of 2018 released superhit 96 which has Kollywood star Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in lead.

The Samantha-Sharwanand starrer is been helmed by filmmaker C.Prem Kumar, who also had directed the original.

The romantic drama is been bankrolled by producer Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Music for Jaanu is been composed by music director Govind Vasthana.

Jaanu, which was originally slated to hit big screens on 14th February on the occasion of Valentine’s day, will now release a week before i.e on 7th February.
