‘Baahubali‘ actor Rana Daggubati’s upcoming productional venture, a biopic on legendary Sri Lankan cricketer, Muttiah Muralitharan, has been in the news from quite some time now.

The biopic will have Tamil superstar, Vijay Sethupati, essaying the role of Sri Lankan leg spinner.

The latest news related to the film is, if reports are to be believed, one may get to see the cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar, in an important role.

The duo during their cricketing days shared a great rapport & have immense respect for one another.

However, it is yet to be confirmed, as an official confirmation (whether or not Sachin will be seen in the film ) is yet to made by the makers.

The biopic will not only revolve around Muralitharan’s professional life but also his personal life & will go on the floors soon.

The film will be helmed by filmmaker M.S Sripathy & Co-produced by Suresh Productions & DAR media Pvt ltd.
