According to reports, ‘Aavesham’ centers on three teenagers who venture to Bangalore for their engineering studies, only to get entangled in a dispute with senior students. In their quest for vengeance, they enlist the help of a local gangster named Ranga. Their interactions with Ranga set the stage for the unfolding narrative. Drawing comparisons to ‘Romancham,’ ‘Aavesham’ is rumored to be inspired by real-life events.

‘Aavesham’ marks the second directorial endeavor of Jithu Madhavan, renowned for his previous work on ‘Romancham’. The teaser, unleashed earlier, unequivocally unveils Fahadh’s portrayal as a quirky gangster, stirring palpable excitement among enthusiasts. Joining Fahadh Faasil, the ensemble cast includes Manzoor Ali Khan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sajin Gopu, the notable Malayali gamer and YouTuber Mithun JS, along with Roshan Shanavas, Pooja Mohanraj, Neeraja Rajendran, Sreejith Nair, and Thankam Mohan in pivotal roles. Behind the lens, Sameer Thahir orchestrates the cinematography while Vivek Harshan meticulously crafts the editing. The film’s musical landscape is woven by the talented Sushin Shyam, accompanied by lyrical prowess from Vinayak Sasikumar.

Release date

On March 11, 2024, Fahadh Faasil unveiled a new poster for the film and confirmed the previously announced release date via social media, stating that ‘Aavesham’ would begin its theatrical run on April 11, 2024.
