CU Soon has been one of the highly awaited films of Amazon Prime Video and is all set to release today. The audience has waited desperately to see what this unique concept of making a film without any fancy equipment has to offer. The trailer has been quite a promising one and so is the final result going to be. The film stars Fahadh Faasil and Roshan Mathew in the lead role.
Director Mahesh Narayanan shares how he is proud of the final product of CU Soon and says, “We are very proud of the final product that ‘CU Soon’ has turned out to be, shooting for the film while we were on lockdown had its own hurdles but it was an amazing learning experience for everyone and we got to experiment making a film that wasn’t shot in the traditional way.”
Speaking on how a festive occasion coincides with release date the director further says, “The film’s release coincides with Onam so its a festive release not just for the Malayalam industry but for everyone across the country we hope that the audience loves watching the film as much as we enjoyed making it.”

CU Soon is directed and edited by Mahesh Narayanan, featuring cinematography by Sabin Uralikandi. The film is known to be Fahadh’s second collaboration with Mahesh which the audience is looking forward to!
CU Soon is a gripping drama about a software engineer from Kerala who has been assigned by his family to help his Dubai-based cousin find his missing fiancee, after she leaves behind a video-based suicide note. This feature film is unique for being shot with a phone.
The one of its kind edge of the seat thriller was shot entirely during the lockdown and will premiere globally on Amazon Prime Video on the 1st of September 2020.
