WWE RAW: Shelton Benjamin Wins 24/7 Championship, Shayna Baszler-Asuka Defeat Bayley-Sasha Banks & Much More

The latest Monday night episode of WWE RAW was an action-filled one. The final episode before the SummerSlam on Sunday kicked off with vengeance between Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre.

This match also included a surprise appearance from wrestler Shawn Michaels. The episode also saw Shayna Baszler and Asuka defeating The Golden Role Models – Bayley and Sasha Banks. Cedric Alexander defeated Akira Tozawa to retain his 24/7 championship title but in the next outing lost it to Shelton Benjamin. Shelton currently holds the 24/7 championship title.

MVP issued a challenge for a Six-Man Elimination Tag Team battle later in the night. The battle was between The Hurt Business and Apollo Crews, along with whatever two Superstars Crews could find to tag with him. Benjamin was eliminated in the Six-Man Elimination Match. It saw Bobby Lashley, Benjamin and MVP defeat WWE United States Champion Apollo Crews, Ricochet and Mustafa Ali.

Rey Mysterio, who hasn’t been on WWE RAW since Seth Rollins defeated him during the Horror Show at Extreme Rules, returned to the ring on Monday.

WWE RAW ended on a high note with WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels tasting RKO from Randy Orton.
