Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil Earns Whopping 50 Crores Even Before Its Release?

The trailer of Vijay’s Bigil was finally unveiled on Saturday and as per everyone’s reaction, the movie is set to bring fireworks in the cinemas this Diwali. The trailer is garnering an amazing response from Thalapathy fans and movie buffs. Also, the actors like Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan are in awe of this Diwali release.

Coming to the economics of Bigil, the movie is one of the most expensive movies in Tamil industry with 180 crores riding on it. The makers too shared recently that it’s a big responsibility on their shoulders. But here’s what! Bigil has already started its profit-making journey prior to its release as it has fetched around 50 crores.

Reportedly, Bigil has cracked the deal of television satellite rights and digital streaming rights (OTT) for 25 crores and 20 crores, respectively.

Let’s hope the movie sums up more profit upon its theatrical journey too owing to the sort of pre-release excitement it has generated.

Directed by Atlee Kumar, Bigil is backed by AGS Entertainment and slated to arrive on 27th October 2019 in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. It features Vijay, Nayanthara, Jackie Shroff and Yogi Babu, in key roles. The music is composed by music maestro AR Rahman.

In the movie, Vijay plays the role of a sportsman, coach of Women football team and a don.

Speaking about its trailer which released on Saturday, has gathered around a whopping 22 million plus views with 1.8 million likes on YouTube.
