Rajinikanth’s #Thalaivar168 Arriving On Dusshera 2020 To Avert Diwali Clash With Ajith Kumar’s Valimai?

Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth’s next which is being tentatively titled #Thalaivar168 happens to be in talks all over. The film that went on floors at Ramoji studio in Hyderabad early this month, is one of the most discussed topics from the past number of days among Thalaivar fans and South movie lovers.

Though there were speculations about the makers aiming to zero on the auspicious occasion of Diwali in 2020 to release the film, it seems that there are some changes being made in the plan.

Now as per a report from Galatta.com, the makers of Rajinikanth’s #Thalaivar168 are aiming to zoom in on Dusshera weekend to release the film.

There are speculations that this move by the makers is to avert a direct clash with H Vinoth’s Valimai which will release during Diwali. Valimai has Ajith Kumar aka Thala Ajith in lead.

Last time when Thala Ajith (Viswasam) and Rajinikanth (Petta) met at the box office, it was the former who had the upper hand.

Though nothing yet has been confirmed yet, as an official confirmation from the makers regarding #Thalaivar168’s release date is yet to be announced.

Talking about #Thalaivar168, the Rajinikanth starrer also has National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh, Khushbu, Meena and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.

The Rajinikanth starrer is being helmed by Surthai Siva and it is bankrolled under Sun Pictures.

Talking about Thalaivar, Rajinikanth now awaits the release of his much anticipated Darbar. The film is been helmed by AR Murugadoss under Lyca Productions.

The Rajinikanth starrer has Nayanthara as the film’s leading lady and Suniel Shetty as the lead antagonist.

Darbar will release on 9th January 2020 in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.
