It’s Matthew Perry aka Chandler Bing’s birthday today and allow us to quote his other half from FRIENDS Matt LeBlanc aka Joey, “Why god, why? We had a deal! Let others grow old, not Chandler.”

For good or not-so-good, Matthew will always be remembered as his character from the famous sitcom for one reason – because, why not? It’s probably the most sarcastic character written ever in the history of moving art. Who doesn’t want that?

He just shattered every bar of being funny with the show, but there were few lines which were not OH SO CHANDLER but helped a lot to drastically improve his character graph. Let’s take a look at 5 such lines which weren’t Chandler at the face but they were Chandler at heart!

What started as a funny, sarcastic Chandler Bing turned into this one relatable bomb of a person which would never go out of date. Aren’t we all hopeless, awkward and desperate for some true love?

This might be the most contrasting lines coming out of the mouth of a character this funny? I mean, this happens when the most hilarious person on your show start dropping truth bombs like these.

On this, even Matthew Perry would agree with us because the Chandler that went into the bubble-bath wasn’t the same person when he came out of it.

Well, you found Monica! Again a relatable thought even for Chandler because we’re not unknown to his insecurities of dying a virg*n. But, it’s hard to imagine him saying these lines after all.
