BTS Singer J-Hope, aka Jung Ho-seok, turns 30 today. The singer is currently completing his mandatory military training in South Korea. Fans worldwide have come together and shared beautiful wishes for the singer on social media. As a return gift, the singer treated them with exciting news about a documentary and a new OST.

Earlier today, BTS‘ official Twitter handle shared a post about J-Hope’s upcoming documentary. It is titled ‘Hope on the Street’. The band page even shared a few glimpses that will feature in the documentary. In the end, the singer is wearing a blue and black hoodie and dancing to the tunes of his song. Not just the documentary, the singer will also drop a new OST.

Hope on the Street Release Date

The documentary and the OST will be released in March 2024. BigHit has not revealed the exact release date. But we are just two weeks away from March. So, the Army doesn’t have to wait a lot to catch up on the documentary and the song.

While fans can’t stop rejoicing at the singer’s birthday gift to them, many are wondering when he will return from his military service.

When Will J-Hope return from his military service?

On April 18, 2023, BTS Singer J-Hope enlisted in the military training. He was the band’s second singer to enrol after Jin (December 2022). In May 2023. the Chicken Noodle Soup singer completed his training. Per the rules, one must serve in the military for at least 18 months. Currently, the singer is appointed as a platoon leader, training recruits at the 36th Infantry Division Basic Training Center. His service will go on till October 2024. So fans must wait just eight months until they see one of their favourite South Korean singers back in the musical world.

Meanwhile, all the members of the BTS band are now enlisted in the military. Suga was enlisted on September 22, 2023, and Jin joined the training on December 13, 2022. RM and V were enlisted on December 11, 2023. Jimin and Jung Kook were enlisted on December 12, 2023. By 2025, the band members will be back together. Fans can’t wait to see their favourite K-pop stars reunite and deliver some fantastic tracks!
