After playing with for the amount of 9.5 crores for four seasons, Sunil Narine enjoyed the biggest hike of his IPL career in 2018. He was retained again by KKR, and he received a massive sum of 12.5 crores as his salary. For the same amount, he was retained by the franchise for another three seasons, i.e., till 2021.
Decrement in salary
In 2022, Sunil Narine again remained with Kolkata Knight Riders, but surprisingly, his salary saw a massive reduction. From 12.5 crores, his price went straight to 6 crores. If a comparison is made, it’s a decrement of 52%. He is playing IPL 2024 for the same amount.
