Massive hike of 400%

After playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2015 to 2017, Kane Williamson again remained with Sunrisers Hyderabad for the IPL edition of 2018. But for that season, Kane got a massive hike of 400% in his salary as his annual sum jumped from 60 lakh to 3 crores. For the same amount, he remained with the franchise for the next three seasons, i.e., till the year 2021.

Biggest salary hike in Kane Williamson’s salary

After playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2018 to 2021 for an annual salary of 3 crores, Kane Williamson witnessed the biggest hike in his salary in 2022. For the 2022 edition, Kane remained with the same franchise, but this time, he enjoyed the biggest jump in his salary, and he was paid a salary of a staggering 14 crores. If calculated, it’s a massive growth of 366.66% from his previous price tag of 3 crores.

Decline in IPL salary

After staying with Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2015 to 2022, Kane Williamson’s team changed in 2023. For the IPL edition of 2023, Kane was bought by Gujarat Titans, but this time, his salary was just 2 crores. If compared to his 2022 salary of 14 crores, this was a decline of 85.71%. Gujarat Titans retained him for IPL 2024 for the same amount.
