The film that had many reasons to be excited for but it has left the audience confused. For the unversed, The Tax Collector is the same film for which Shia LeBeouf tattooed his complete torso. But well, Twitter thinks it wasn’t worth it.
The Tax Collector follows two men David and his partner Creeper, who are tax collectors for a gangster. When the gangster’s rival comes into the picture, the business goes for a toss and David strives hard to save his family.

Twitterati is right now reviewing the film in full force and has a lot to say about Shia LeBeouf. A twitter user wrote, “THE TAX COLLECTOR claims it’s about love, honor, loyalty & family but all I see is lifeless, horrific & bloody misogyny. David Ayer fails to inject the film with any sense of style or originality. Ends with a 4th wall breaking shot which sets up a sequel that I hope we never get.”

@cinthyacarmona Tax collector was one of the most pitiful movies ever. It was almost a comedy how bad the acting was on top of a insane, ridiculous, out of control story line. Don’t spend a penny on ordering it on demand. Shelia is only in it for half the movie. Complete joke.

The funniest thing about THE TAX COLLECTOR that I didn't mention in my review is that Shia LaBeouf went out of his way to put real tattoos on his body for the role, but you never get to see them in the movie!
