Mackenzie Davis AKA Grace Harper Talks About Terminator: Dark Fate’s Sequel

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator: Dark Fate that did not open quite well at the box office, has impressed fans over the years. While a sequel of the film is asked by fans time and again, actor Mackenzie Davis has now opened up on the fact if there is one. Read on to know what she has to say.

Refreshing your memory, Mackenzie Davis is the actor who played Grace Harper in the sci-fi drama Terminator: Dark Fate. Talking about a sequel to the film, Davis expressed how the failure at the Box Office made it difficult for the film to have a sequel.

Talking to NME about the Terminator sequel, Mackenzie Davis said, “I really loved the movie and I’m so proud of what we did, but there wasn’t a demand for it (at the box office) and to think that there’d be a demand for a seventh film is quite insane.”

The actor stressed on the fact that how the makers of the film should now concentrate on new stories, rather than dig the already existing franchise.

Mackenzie Davis said, “You should just pay attention to what audiences want – and they want new things and I want new things. Where there are many interesting people that don’t fit the mould of those who make these big franchises who have not had the chance to make movies. We should be investing in them right now.”

Meanwhile, it was recently when Linda Hamilton, who returned to the franchise with Terminator: Dark Fate after 28 years, said she does not want to return. Linda Hamilton played the role of Sarah Connor alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger who is known for the franchise.
