On Friday, a Virginia judge told Johnny Depp that he can go ahead with his defamation suit against ex-wife and actress Amber Heard. The $50 million suit was filed in March 2019 after Amber Heard wrote an article on Washington Post in 2018. In her piece, the Aquaman actress wrote that during their marriage, Depp had assaulted her.
All these allegations and implications that he was an abuser led to Depp filing a defamation case against Amber. Now, the latest news is rather interesting and shocking. As reported by Dailymail co.uk, Depp has reportedly said in his lawsuit that when he was away for the shooting of his film, Amber Heard had invited Elon Musk to their penthouse. He accused Amber of allegedly cheating on him one month into their marriage in 2015. Even the penthouse staff reportedly confirmed of Musk’s arrival at the night and leaving the next morning.

The portal has also got its hands on exclusive pics of Amber Heard and Elon Musk cuddling in the elevator of Johnny Depp’s penthouse. In the pics, Amber is wearing a swimsuit and as soon as Elon comes near the elevator, she’s seen cosying up to him. However, they have no idea when the pictures were taken.

On the other hand, Elon Musk insisted that when he and Amber started seeing each other, she was already separated from Depp. The Aquaman actress is yet to comment on the pics and Depp’s cheating allegations!
