One such confession was her admiration and crush on Transformers star Shia LaBeouf. Gomez went on record accepting her crush on the actor and below is everything that she said then.
Just like all of us even Selena Gomez has her celebrity crushes. One of which happens to be Shia LaBeouf. It was back in 2011, Selena met Shia LaBeouf. This was a surprise planned by her friends who initially told her that she was going to meet some friends.

According to Hollywood Reporter, she found Shia LaBeouf sitting inside and was shocked. It was then when he hugged her, she said, “I’m so sorry to bother you. I admire you.” There were also reports that Gomez thought he considered her crazy after their first meet.

Later Selena Gomez was promoting her film Spring Breakers. When in a chat with National Post was asked whom she looks up to in the business, she said, “I think Shia LaBeouf did a wonderful job. He started on Disney and he’s an incredible actor and he chose great roles.”
